 How do we book?

After you agree on the quote we send you, we will convert the quote to invoice  and send it back with our bank details, we require a:

$200 deposit for packages menu (People choice, Buget package, Premium....)

$100 deposit for orders to pick up

You can easily pay via EFT quoting your invoice number

Than final balance can be paid the week prior the event via EFT or credit card  (over the phone or in person) 2% fees apply, or cash on the day

 

When do you require final numbers?

We ask to confirm final numbers one week before the event, also advise if any dietary requirement

 

What's included on the buffet packages?

The packages on the buffet (excluding Budget Packageand Meat lovers :delivery only) included one staff member up to 60 guests, he/she will be on the venue half an hour before the serving time, to set up the buffet, will assist on the serving of the meat for 1 hour, than clear up the buffet and dish out the cakes, for an other half an hour.

Over 60 guests, 1 extra staff member is added on your invoice for $150.

All packages also includes heavy duty disposable plate, fork, knife, napkin, for mains, smaller plate and spoon for dessert, for each guest.

 

What do you need on the venue?

For buffet packages we require:

- a couple of trestle table (for number over 70 guests require extra tables) to set up the buffet

-a kettle of boiling water to make some gravy on the site

For finger food packages we require:

- a working oven

-a bench close to a power point to plug in our portable deep fryers

 

Do you cook on the site?

We cook on the site only finger food.

Our spit roasts are cooked in our commercial kitchen base, and delivered in thermoboxes that hold temperature.

 

What happen with the left over food?

All the left over food will be left behind in disposable containers, cold salads if stored correctly in the fridge can have one more day of life before need to be thrown.

Meats and hot vegetables can be cooled down, refrigereted and be eaten for a couple of days.

 

Does meat come sliced? with gravy? pork with crackle?

All meat is carved, beef and lamb are covered with a layer of gray that help the meat to hold the moist, pork has a light marinade of sweet and sour and mild mustard, apple sauce and crackle on the side.

 

Does the food for pick up comes hot? do we need to warm it up?

Food for pick up will be hot and ready to be served, it will be packed in foam boxes that hold themperature up to 3 hours.

WE KINDLY ASK TO RETURN BOXESAT YOUR EARLIEST CONVENIENCE, we care about the enviroment, boxes can be reused or correctly disposed
